The faculty and staff of Nativity School welcome you to the 2021-2022 school year! Below you will find some valuable information regarding the new school year.
General information is provided to parents in may ways. Parents are required to attend all parent meetings (please refer to our website calendar on our homepage), encouraged to visit our website periodically, login to School Speak, and check email provided to our office. Additionally, our principal and teachers host various parent meetings throughout the school year and send home important information through letters and flyers on a monthly basis and as needed.
Office Hours: Our Office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. every Friday.
School Hours: School begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. every day. Dismissal Monday through Thursday is at 2:45 p.m. and at 1:15 p.m. on Friday to allow for faculty professional learning time. If your child does not arrive to school on time, he/she must first report to the main office to receive a tardy slip.
Emergency Forms: Every family should complete and return a yellow emergency form. All information on this form must be current. You must include a home address and phone number for at least one parent or guardian. Forms are due to your child’s teacher no later than Wednesday, August 18th- the first day of school.

FACTS Management: We partner with FACTS Tuition Management as a way to make tuition and other payments to the school. FACTS is an online management system that allows for you to make online payments that can be credited to your family’s account right away. Parents, remember to enroll in FACTS for the 2021-2022 tuition payment plan. ALL families must enroll before the start of school to ensure timely tuition payment for the month of August. Please contact the office if you have any questions or need support.
Monthly Calendar: You will receive a monthly calendar in your Family Envelopes at the beginning of each month. Please make sure to take note of all important events including faculty professional development days.
Physical Education: PE begins Monday, August 19, 2019. Students may wear their PE uniform to school when their class has PE. Please see the schedule below:
Monday: Grade K & 1
Tuesday: Grade 2 & 3
Wednesday: Grade 6, 7 & 8
Thursday: Grade TK, 4 & 5
School Uniforms: Students must come to school in complete uniform. Uniform infractions will be given starting August 26, 2019. If for some reason your child is not able to come to school in complete uniform, a note from you must be given to his/her teacher.

Free Dress: Please remember that students may only wear free dress on birthdays and on days announced by the school office. If your child’s birthday falls on the weekend, he/she may wear free dress the Friday before.
Remind: All teachers and the main office will be using Remind as a communication tool this year. Please make sure to be on the lookout for additional information from your child’s teacher.
