CEF 2021-2022 Application Process

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your interest in applying for a scholarship through the Catholic Education Foundation. Due to the pandemic, the CEF application process this year will be virtual. To keep you and the CEF staff safe, interviews will be conducted via Zoom this year. Nativity is set to have interview days on Monday, March 1st and on Tuesday, March 9th. If you opt out of the interview process, you must submit a paper application to our school office by Tuesday April 13th. Please see additional information below.

Virtual Application Process

1.) Complete CEF Application found below or pickup an application from the school office. Nativity School (LA) Code: 860

Cycle 3 TAP Application [ENG] (Fillable)

Cycle 3 TAP Application [SPA] (Fillable)

2.) Gather all supporting documents for proof of income and dependents. (Only tax forms for 2020 and 2019 will be accepted.)

3.) Schedule your Zoom appointment for either March 1st or March 9th by visiting the CEF New Appointments Page.
* Make sure that you select Nativity School (LA)

4.) Attend your scheduled CEF interview via Zoom. (Be prepared to share your application and proof of income and dependents  with the CEF representative during your interview.)

Opt-Out of Virtual Application Process

1.) Complete CEF Application found (HERE) or pickup an application from the school office.

2.) Gather all supporting documents for proof of income and dependents and prepare copies for submission. (Only tax forms for 2020 and 2019 will be accepted.)

3.)  Submit your application and proof of income and dependents to Nativity School office by Tuesday, April 13th, 2021.
