And the winner is………

June 1, 2018 by Susan Armendariz

We are pleased to announce a winner was drawn for the Pleasant Holidays Vacation for 2 to Maui donated by the Hannon Foundation, on Friday, June 1, 2018.

Students assembled on the playground anxiously awaiting the Hawaii raffle drawing while a large red tumbler, filled with thousands of ticket stubs, was carried out. Student’s cheered with excitement anxious for the winning ticket to be drawn. Principal Teresa Reynoso chose a student representative from each grade to take a turn at spinning the large red tumbler.

Faculty, staff and students waited in suspense as the ticket was drawn by an 8th grade student. Ms. Reynoso announced the winner, Mr. Tony Pleitez ticket number 18685. The winning ticket was sold by one of our kindergarten students. The event was captured on Facebook Live, click here to view video.

On behalf of the school community, we would like to thank you all for your support in making our Hawaii Raffle a success!

On Monday, we will be drawing two (2) more winners for a $200.00 cash prize each! Winners will be posted on this page Monday afternoon.
